Refund Policy

The refund policy will vary from product/service to product/service and shall be exclusively mentioned in the product or service Agreement/Purchase Order. The same shall be applicable throughout the journey of the delivery of the service/product.

In case of a successful payment, but due to unexpected and extenuating circumstances the seller, vendor, or service provider is not able to provide the committed service or product, the individual service/product’s refund policy will determine:

Refund Amount & Conditions

Please note:

If a user/client has paid more than the prescribed amount due to a technical issue, and informs us via email, the excess amount will be refunded (after verification) by Fervent Communication Pvt. Ltd. or the respective service provider (if payment was made directly to them) to the same account from which the payment was made.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, refund of a paid amount (where payment has been successfully made and an invoice number has been generated) may be considered. In such cases, you must notify us in writing via email.
